As human beings, it’s important to make sure we’re taking care of ourselves. We can do that by doing activities we love or taking restful breaks.
Some ideas to try (while staying off of technology)
- Getting Active (running, biking, hiking, any other sports)
- Mindfulness Practice
- Drinking Water
- Going Outside (going for a walk or sitting in a hammock)
- Good Hygiene (taking a shower, brushing your teeth, brushing your hair, etc. )
